Martinez brings extensive experience in defending employers against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Having litigated more than 300 cases in federal and state courts, she has managed national employment portfolios for major service providers across the financial services, health care, and higher education sectors. Her practice also includes advising companies on internal investigations, complex terminations, and workforce reductions.

Jaret L. Davis, co-managing shareholder in Miami, noted that Martinez’s background in integrating technology and artificial intelligence into legal service delivery aligns with the firm’s strategy for the South Florida market. Martinez, who holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, pointed to the firm’s entrepreneurial culture and collaborative platform as central to her decision to transition. CEO Brian L. Duffy emphasized that the hire reinforces the firm’s broader commitment to scaling its employment capabilities in key geographic hubs.
