At the helm of global delivery for the Cognizant-owned TriZetto, James oversees a workforce of 15,000 associates. Her executive portfolio centers on high-stakes turnaround strategies, contract negotiations, and the cultivation of strategic alliances. She currently advises CEOs and COOs on performance expansion and the maintenance of operational excellence within international platforms.

Her track record includes significant institutional improvements, most notably a 40 percent increase in Net Promoter Scores and a 75 percent reduction in regulatory penalties during her tenure as Vice President of Delivery Excellence. These gains were supported by her focus on securing rigorous industry credentials, including multiple SOC and HITRUST certifications. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, James maintains a commitment to community development as a co-founder of the NGO Caremore and Chairperson of the Annapolis United Soccer Club. With a background rooted in legal and ethical studies from the University of Baltimore, she now eyes future executive roles as a chief operating or executive officer within the health plan sector.
