The company’s growth trajectory reflects a broader market transition from simple AI models to systems capable of handling complex, multi-player tasks. While traditional AI focuses on raw intelligence and document analysis, Accrete’s Knowledge Engine Platform targets tacit knowledge—the unwritten, expert-level decisions and workflows that define an organization’s operational success. By capturing these handoffs and corrections, the platform builds a living context graph that grows more effective with each repeated task.

Prashant Bhuyan, founder and CEO of Accrete, argues that autonomy without this grounding is a liability rather than an advantage. His firm has spent nearly fifteen years developing technology that allows agents to act as informed colleagues within government and commercial sectors. This approach has secured significant traction with federal agencies, including the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, bolstered by a $15 million STRATFI award from AFWERX. Beyond defense, the platform is now integrated into operations at enterprises like Chubb, Publicis Groupe, and Roc Nation.

Accrete’s strategic advisory board includes high-profile figures such as General (Ret.) Stanley A. McChrystal and General (Ret.) Paul M. Nakasone. As the firm looks to scale, Bhuyan emphasizes that the goal is to embed expert judgment into every institution where the cost of error remains high. By turning intelligence into scalable labor, Accrete aims to move beyond individual tasks toward full-scale, hybrid workforce solutions.
