This growth has been bolstered by a recent Great Place to Work certification, which underscores the firm's focus on maintaining a unified corporate culture across its global offices.

Lawrence Dearth, President of Global Growth, noted that the ability to scale specialized teams in India serves as a key differentiator for clients navigating digital transformation and AI adoption. As the company continues to assist more than 50 enterprise clients with global capability center buildouts, local leadership views the second site as both a logistical necessity and a commitment to their growing talent pool.
