The expansion comes less than two years after the company established its first Hyderabad facility in February 2025. Since that opening, the India operations have become central to the company’s international strategy, supporting over 200 enterprise clients across sectors including software engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. This growth has been bolstered by a recent Great Place to Work certification, which underscores the firm's focus on maintaining a unified corporate culture across its global offices.
Lawrence Dearth, President of Global Growth, noted that the ability to scale specialized teams in India serves as a key differentiator for clients navigating digital transformation and AI adoption. As the company continues to assist more than 50 enterprise clients with global capability center buildouts, local leadership views the second site as both a logistical necessity and a commitment to their growing talent pool. General Managers Ram Tummala and Rob Cordisco emphasized that the new space is designed to foster the same community-driven environment that has defined their initial success in the region.
