Since joining Dataknox in 2020, Bearden has been the architect behind the operational processes that fueled the company’s 400% growth and expansion into more than 30 countries. In her current role, she manages a complex portfolio including global infrastructure services, third-party maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, and IT asset disposition. Her work serves as the critical link between vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams, ensuring that large-scale infrastructure projects remain secure and on schedule.

Ankush Dham, CEO of Dataknox, credited Bearden’s leadership as an integral factor in the company’s evolution into a trusted global partner for full-lifecycle IT infrastructure. The award organizers noted that this year’s selection process saw record-breaking participation, with over 300 submissions. Bearden and the other honorees are scheduled to be recognized at the Women in Supply Chain Forum, held November 17-19 in Charleston, South Carolina.
