Kevin Offel, CEO of Assembly Health, cited Roehmholdt’s background in financial discipline and execution as the primary drivers for this hire. Prior to his CEO role, Roehmholdt spent years at the Shore Capital Partners Resource Team and KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice, where he specialized in healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration. A Certified Public Accountant and Notre Dame alumnus, he will now direct Assembly Health’s strategy across physician practices, behavioral health, and skilled nursing segments.
