Local medical leadership will play a central role in this year's program. Dr. John M. Arthur, Chief of the Nephrology Division at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, is slated to present on Cardio Kidney Metabolic Syndrome. Joining him, Joy Cope, Nursing Director of the Solid Organ Transplant Program at the same institution, will lead discussions on maintaining transplant eligibility and patient readiness.
