Investors File Class Action Lawsuit Against Bloom Energy

A new class action lawsuit alleges that Bloom Energy Corporation misled shareholders by obscuring its true reliance on Chinese scandium. The legal action, filed under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, targets public statements made by the company between February 27, 2025, and July 8, 2026, regarding its supply chain practices.

The complaint centers on assertions that Bloom Energy downplayed the extent to which its operations depended on scandium sourced from China. While the company claimed to acquire the material through third parties outside the country, plaintiffs argue these disclosures were materially false. Investors who purchased shares during the designated class period now face a September 28, 2026, deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the case.

The DJS Law Group, representing the shareholders, maintains that these omissions artificially influenced the company's market position. While participation in the litigation does not strictly require a lead plaintiff appointment, the firm is currently organizing those who suffered financial losses during the period of alleged misrepresentation to join the recovery efforts.
