Ohmyhome Executes 1-for-50 Reverse Stock Split

Singapore-based digital marketing firm Ohmyhome Ltd will reduce its outstanding share count through a 1-for-50 reverse stock split, effective August 31, 2026. The move significantly recalibrates the company’s capital structure, with every 50 existing shares consolidating into a single unit to streamline its equity profile on the Nasdaq exchange.

The consolidation applies to both Class A and Class B ordinary shares. Prior to this adjustment, the company reported 96,434,441 shares issued and outstanding. Following the split, the total count will drop to approximately 1,928,690 shares, with any fractional holdings rounded up to the nearest whole share. Trading under the ticker symbol OMH will resume on a post-consolidation basis when the market opens on August 31, utilizing the new CUSIP number G6S38M131.

Existing stock options, warrants, and purchase rights will be adjusted proportionately to reflect the change. Alongside the consolidation, the company updated its authorized share capital, now divided into two classes with a par value of US$0.000005 each.
