Hypershell Unveils Full-Leg Halo Exoskeleton for IFA 2026

Four powered hip-and-knee joints operating under a single unified architecture define the new Hypershell Halo, a flagship full-leg exoskeleton designed for all-terrain mobility. The company plans to pull back the curtain on this hardware at a pre-IFA event in Berlin on September 3, targeting expanded human endurance.

The Halo model represents a shift toward comprehensive lower-limb assistance, moving beyond the capabilities of previous hip-focused designs. By coordinating four distinct joints, the system aims to provide seamless support across uneven terrain, allowing for more natural movement during exploration or physically demanding work. This integration marks a significant pivot for the company as it seeks to position wearable robotics as standard gear for outdoor activity.

Visitors at IFA 2026 can view the Halo alongside the company’s existing X Series, an AI-powered hip exoskeleton that has already seen distribution across 70 countries. Hypershell will host demonstrations at Booth 119 in Hall 12 from September 4 to 8, showcasing how their current technology adapts to user intention and environmental shifts in real time.
