Throughout the month, shoppers can contribute $1, $5, or $10 at checkout across all Natural Grocers locations. The company is also incentivizing donations through product sales: $1 will be donated for every limited-edition reusable shopping bag purchased, and $2 will be contributed for every Ladybug Zip Pouch sold. These efforts are designed to sustain the next generation of farmers, a mission that Raquel Isely, vice president of marketing at Natural Grocers, describes as essential to the future of food health and community resilience.

The partnership supports the Rodale Institute’s broader objective to transition 10 million acres of farmland to regenerative organic practices by 2030. Jeff Tkach, CEO of the Rodale Institute, noted that this collaboration highlights the critical role of farmers in restoring soil health. Beyond the fundraising initiative, Natural Grocers is offering {N}power members exclusive discounts, educational classes, and organic resources throughout September to promote accessible organic living.
