The platform focuses on the lifecycle of real estate assets, providing support for renovation, restoration, and structural improvements. By targeting specific needs such as roofing, facade restoration, and building envelope upgrades, the firm intends to assist property owners in navigating technical challenges while increasing asset value. This initiative also covers compliance-heavy mandates, including Local Law 11 facade inspections in New York City.

Founder Anthony Savino stated that the firm intends to align capital markets expertise with operational execution to ensure projects remain profitable and high-quality. By acting as a liaison between developers, property managers, and general contractors, Grayson Construct Advisors manages projects from initial concept through final delivery. The firm is currently overseeing a pipeline of multifamily renovations and commercial redevelopment projects, signaling a strategic shift toward controlling the execution phase of the real estate investments they finance.
