Complementing this, the Candidate Insights tool shifts focus to the job seeker's perspective. It aggregates data from on-site surveys covering topics such as workplace preferences, employment dealbreakers, and the integration of AI in the hiring process. These insights enable recruiters to adjust job descriptions—for instance, by highlighting flexible schedules or specific benefits that candidates have identified as critical to their decision-making. Kyle Gamble, iHire’s VP of Product, stated that combining these perspectives provides a clearer picture of the current talent landscape, allowing businesses to remain competitive in a complex hiring environment.
