The agreement allows Escoffier graduates holding a diploma or associate degree to transition into the second year of a bachelor’s program at Les Roches. By bridging technical culinary training with the business-focused curriculum offered at the Les Roches campuses in Crans-Montana and Marbella, the partnership aims to equip students with the managerial and entrepreneurial skills increasingly demanded by the luxury hospitality sector.

Kirk T. Bachmann, provost and president of Escoffier’s Boulder campus, stated that the program is designed to integrate culinary craft with business strategy and leadership. Carlos Díez de la Lastra, CEO of Les Roches, noted that the convergence of these disciplines is critical for success in the modern experience economy. This collaboration expands Escoffier’s international reach, following previous academic ties with École Ducasse in France, and leverages Les Roches’ status as a top-ranked institution for hospitality management, as recognized by the 2026 QS World University Rankings.
