Sorenson joins Woolpert following a tenure at Atlas, where she managed western U.S. operations and a workforce of over 800 employees. Her career trajectory includes senior leadership roles at AECOM and AtkinsRéalis, anchored by her early background as a licensed civil engineer. At Woolpert, she will report to the executive team, focusing on operational refinement and cross-sector collaboration to tackle complex global infrastructure demands.

A graduate of the University of North Dakota and The University of Texas at Austin, Sorenson has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Texas.
