With nearly 25 billion dollars in total industry volume, the Qualified Remodeler annual ranking highlights the country’s most robust home improvement firms. Since its inception in 2008, the company has grown from a local contractor into a regional staple covering King, Pierce, Kitsap, and south Snohomish counties. The national recognition is based on residential remodeling revenue, alongside criteria such as industry certifications, community service, and long-term business stability.

"When the company was started, we weren't thinking about national lists," said Ryan Roberts, Chief Operating Officer. "We were thinking about how a contractor should treat somebody's home. Landing among the Top 500 tells me our team is holding that standard every single day."

Operating with showrooms in Renton, Seattle, and Tacoma, the business differentiates its services through proprietary methods like the Leak Armor installation system, designed specifically to combat Pacific Northwest weather. According to Qualified Remodeler editorial director Patrick O'Toole, firms like Lake Washington Windows & Doors consistently demonstrate strong customer loyalty and refined sales techniques, which have proven essential to maintaining their growth trajectory within the competitive home improvement market.
