The new framework pivots away from traditional siloed consulting, instead addressing enterprise-wide challenges such as decentralized power grids and resilient supply chains. By utilizing the company's existing data and the 'ey.ai' engine, the firm aims to move clients from theoretical concepts to production-ready industrial intelligence. Dante D'Egidio, EY Americas and US Managing Partner, noted that the current CEO agenda is no longer about refining existing strategies but rather creating entirely new value through AI integration.
To support this transition, the firm has categorized its offerings into five core areas: enterprise trust, growth and M&A, productivity, business operations, and finance. The shift includes a partnership with SymphonyAI to leverage industrial datasets for manufacturing and supply chain operations. Beyond technology, the firm is addressing the human element of this transition by launching executive leadership programs in collaboration with Columbia University, MIT, and INSEAD. These programs focus on governance, operating model design, and leadership behaviors required to manage organizations in an era of constant disruption.
