Located at 2555 N. Main Street, the dealership serves as a key hub for the East Bay and San Francisco region. The transition aims to merge the boutique service model established by the previous owners since 2006 with Sonic’s national infrastructure. David B. Smith, Chairman and CEO of Sonic Automotive, noted that the site’s reputation for personalized care aligns with the firm's broader luxury growth objectives.

Operations will remain anchored by long-term staff, including General Manager Mike Pardini, who has served the location for 22 years. The acquisition arrives as the Porsche brand pivots toward electrification, with the dealership now preparing to integrate the new electric Cayenne into its showroom. Sonic Automotive currently manages an extensive California portfolio spanning over 25 brands, and this latest addition reinforces its focus on high-performing premium segments.
