The campaign, executed alongside agency partner Miles Partnership, moved beyond traditional awareness metrics by embedding Steller Connect technology directly into the destination’s official website. This integration allowed five travel creators to showcase Anaheim’s attractions while providing their audience with immediate tools to plan and book trips. Within 90 days, the initiative successfully converted inspiration into hundreds of concrete travel plans.
For Visit Anaheim, the project solved a persistent industry challenge: proving the tangible return on investment from creator partnerships. After managing 39 influencer campaigns in 2024, the organization sought a way to quantify how social content influences actual visitation. The resulting data provided a clear link between creator engagement and economic outcomes. Wesley Kirkpatrick, Social Media Director at Visit Anaheim, noted that the success demonstrates how creators function as primary drivers of travel decisions rather than just passive content sources. Steller CEO Pete Bryant emphasized that the award highlights a necessary industry shift toward content that serves as a functional, measurable bridge to the booking process.
