Mimi's Cafe Expands Seasonal Offerings with Biscuit-Centric Fall Menu

From California to Florida, Mimi’s Cafe is shifting its 38 locations toward a seasonal menu that prioritizes fresh-baked biscuits and pumpkin-infused cocktails. The chain, which operates across nine states, officially rolled out its fall lineup on August 27, moving beyond traditional coffee-shop staples to include savory lunch wraps and brunch-style entrees.

The cornerstone of the new menu is a fresh-baked biscuit program available throughout the day. These flaky additions serve as the foundation for a range of dishes, including a breakfast sandwich with chipotle mayo and a Fried Chicken Biscuit Benedict topped with parmesan-crusted poultry. Diners can also choose between classic herb or spicy chorizo gravies for a traditional take on the staple.

Pumpkin spice receives a significant culinary expansion, moving past standard lattes. The bakery is now producing streusel-topped muffins and loaves served with cinnamon butter, while the bar program incorporates a housemade pumpkin sauce into an 'Oh My Pumpkin' vodka-spiked latte and a dessert-inspired martini. For lighter midday options, the chain introduced a Thai Chicken Wrap featuring ginger peanut sauce and crispy wontons, alongside a Grilled Pesto Chicken plate. These seasonal items are currently available across the brand's footprint, which includes states ranging from Texas and Nevada to North Carolina.
