The X1 introduces Hybrid Motion technology, which synchronizes a 55W CO2 laser with a 20W diode galvo system to reach processing speeds of 6,000 mm/s. This architecture eliminates the need for users to maintain separate machines for different material types or task scales. The platform’s Laser Swap system further expands utility, supporting modular upgrades including 30W Fiber, 60W MOPA, and 5W UV modules within a unified optical path.
Built for the rigors of commercial production, the chassis utilizes an automotive-grade UniCast Frame. By employing 4,000-ton high-pressure die casting, engineers replaced nearly 100 individual components with three monolithic structures. This design choice reduces assembly tolerances and enhances structural rigidity, ensuring stability during the high-velocity movements required for enterprise-level output. The launch coincided with xTool’s inaugural SME Summit, where company leadership highlighted the success of their broader ecosystem, including the O1 Omni Printer, which saw 6,000 units sold on its opening day.
