The market is moving away from standalone procurement toward integrated environments that link cloud, data centers, and edge computing. Swathi Arunaa, Principal Consultant at Frost & Sullivan, notes that organizations now prioritize connectivity that directly enables AI workloads and measurable business value. This transition is reshaping spending across several core segments.
Third-party data centers are positioned for the most aggressive expansion, with a projected 21.9% CAGR reaching INR 379 billion by FY2030, bolstered by government policy and hybrid IT strategies. Meanwhile, enterprise data services are set to hit INR 223 billion, and mobility services are expected to reach INR 188 billion, driven by wireless-first strategies and the rapid proliferation of M2M connected devices. Conversely, legacy fixed-line voice services face a steady decline of 2.8% annually as companies migrate to SIP trunking and cloud-based communication platforms. Cloud-native services, including CPaaS and UCaaS, are filling this gap, with a forecasted market value of INR 131 billion by the end of the decade.
