Datavault AI Faces Class Action Over Alleged Securities Fraud

Investors who purchased Datavault AI Inc. stock between September 4, 2024, and October 30, 2025, have until October 5, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status in a pending class action lawsuit. The litigation, filed by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP, targets the company for alleged violations of federal securities laws.

The complaint alleges that Datavault misled shareholders by inflating the value of its artificial intelligence partnerships, including those with Nature's Miracle. Plaintiffs further contend that the firm provided inaccurate data regarding platform trading volumes and concealed damaging associations with a convicted felon. These disclosures triggered market reactions that ultimately led to financial losses for shareholders.

Attorneys Brian Schall and David Schwartz are inviting affected investors to contact their Los Angeles-based firm to discuss potential recovery options. While the court has not yet certified the class, shareholders who suffered losses during the specified period remain eligible to participate in the proceedings. Interested parties can reach the firm at 310-301-3335 or via their website to review their legal standing.
