Justice Lee Seiu Kin presented the Crossroads 2.0 findings, which pinpointed critical areas for legal alignment, including trade, climate-related litigation, and the digital economy. Simultaneously, the Council of ASEAN Chief Justices (CACJ) launched a new memorandum to streamline the enforcement of money judgments and a simplified protocol for verifying court orders across member states. These measures seek to reduce procedural friction for litigants operating within the bloc.

Practical cooperation also expanded through the Virtual Training Marketplace, which connects young lawyers with regional attachment opportunities. The portal has successfully facilitated its first placements across 24 participating firms. Meanwhile, the CACJ adopted a formal roadmap to integrate therapeutic justice practices and continued refining the governance framework for judicial AI use. On the sidelines, insolvency judges initiated a pilot project to test judicial assistance mechanisms, marking a shift toward more direct cooperation in complex cross-border restructurings.
