The company’s growth trajectory continues to be anchored by its core domain registration business, which maintains approximately 6.2 million active domains globally. While revenue climbed to $18.8 million compared to $16.1 million in the same period last year, net income also saw a healthy rise, reaching $1.43 million. This performance reflects a broader strategy of reinvesting cash generated from domain services into specialized operational subsidiaries, specifically Reach Systems and SewerVue Technologies.

Management is currently focused on scaling these newer ventures. Reach Systems has begun penetrating the unmanned surface vehicle market with its marine camera and cable management technologies, while SewerVue is securing pilot projects for its pipe inspection infrastructure. Although these aggressive investments in personnel and product development have impacted near-term operating income, which dipped slightly to $1.8 million, CEO Paul Andreola characterized the spending as a strategic move to secure long-term value. The company closed the quarter with $2.2 million in cash and cash equivalents, alongside a portfolio of investments and loans valued at over $5.8 million.
