The company confirmed the adjustment will take effect with the third-quarter payment of $0.55 per share, scheduled for distribution on September 30, 2026. Investors listed on the company’s books by the September 15 record date are eligible for the increased disbursement. The move shifts the annual rate from the previous $2.10 per share.

CEO Fred Eppinger linked the decision to the firm’s ongoing operational performance and a strategic focus on consistent capital allocation. Stewart Information Services, which operates globally across the real estate sector, provides title insurance and closing services for both residential and commercial transactions.
