The platform upgrades, which began rolling out in August 2026, prioritize direct user feedback to streamline daily workflows. Key additions include a Virtual Contact Assistant that manages lead nurturing around the clock and a predictive engine that identifies shoppers nine times more likely to purchase based on real-time behavioral data. These tools are designed to integrate seamlessly into existing CRM environments rather than requiring additional software screens.
Practical application is already shifting labor models at the dealership level. At Ancira Winton Chevrolet, the virtual assistant has proven so effective at managing weekend inquiries that the dealership eliminated its Sunday shift, reallocating staff to higher-impact areas. Similarly, DeNooyer Chevrolet reports that new native video messaging tools have directly translated into higher show rates and increased sales conversions.
Beyond automation, the company has overhauled its mobile and desktop interfaces to minimize operational friction. Paulo da Silva, VP of Digital Commerce at Cox Automotive, noted that the industry demands immediate, functional growth rather than long-term theoretical planning. Upcoming iterations of the platform are expected to integrate inventory acquisition leads directly from vAuto, further bridging the gap between service lane activity and sales inventory management.
