Luchenta’s entry into the medical aesthetics sector follows nearly a decade of experience in the technology industry. After six years at Meta and a tenure at McKinsey, he sought a more tangible entrepreneurial path, ultimately identifying VIO Med Spa’s clinical, physician-guided model as a prime investment. His current focus involves strengthening operations and team support at the existing Richardson and McKinney sites, which serve as the anchor for his broader North Texas expansion strategy.

Ryan Rao, Chief Development Officer at VIO Med Spa, noted that Luchenta’s move aligns with the company’s goal of building density in high-priority markets. The brand, recognized as the top medical spa franchise in Entrepreneur magazine’s 2026 rankings, currently operates 65 locations across 20 states. Following his acquisition in the second quarter of 2026, Luchenta plans to spend the next 18 to 24 months optimizing the two established centers before initiating site selection for the new Prosper location.
