While the fast-casual chain previously operated only within the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, the new 2,605-square-foot Woodbury storefront brings the full menu of customizable burritos, bowls, and nachos to the local community. The grand opening festivities begin at 10:30 a.m., featuring a prize wheel and various menu giveaways.
Local entrepreneur Satnam Dhillon owns and operates the new site, pivoting to restaurant franchising after a career in global supply chain management. Dhillon, who first encountered the brand as a frequent traveler, plans to expand the regional footprint further with a second location already in development for Apple Valley. Tatiana Lambert, Chief Development Officer at GoTo Foods, noted that the expansion responds to a growing local demand for convenience-focused, hospitality-driven dining options.
