The recognized projects include the 234-unit Livano at Sunlake in Lutz, overseen by division leader Walker Palmer, and the 204-unit Aperture at UCF in Orlando, a student housing site led by John Kitchens. The firm also received recognition for the 75-unit Sadler Road Lodge in Fernandina Beach, developed for Omni Hotels & Resorts, and The Darley, a 13-acre multifamily community in Ocala completed late last year.
