Based in Houston, Randerson is tasked with unifying safety protocols across TPC’s 11 specialty manufacturing sites. His mandate includes strengthening regulatory compliance and refining risk management systems to support the company’s growth in highly regulated industries. He brings a background that includes reducing Total Recordable Incident Rates by 89% in previous roles, alongside extensive experience in managing ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

Christian Streu, Partner and Chief Financial Officer at TPC, stated that the appointment is vital for protecting the company’s workforce while maintaining the quality standards required by its clients. Prior to joining TPC, Randerson served as Director of Environmental Health & Safety at Evantic and held leadership positions at TechnipFMC, BP, and Anadarko Petroleum. He holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and is a certified lead auditor for key international safety and environmental management systems.
