Investors Face Deadline in Innventure Securities Fraud Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Innventure, Inc. (NASDAQ: INV) securities between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, have until October 27, 2026, to move the court to serve as lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit filed by the Rosen Law Firm.

The lawsuit alleges that the company issued materially misleading statements regarding its business operations, specifically concerning a purported deal between Accelsius Holdings LLC and DarkNX. According to the complaint, evidence of DarkNX constructing or facilitating a large-scale AI data center was nonexistent, rendering the deal unlikely to proceed. Consequently, Innventure’s projected revenue and cash flow targets for 2026 were allegedly overstated.

Investors seeking to participate in the litigation may do so through a contingency fee arrangement, which requires no out-of-pocket costs. Rosen Law, which has previously secured significant settlements in securities litigation, notes that no class has been certified yet. Potential class members retain the right to select their own counsel, remain absent members, or seek appointment as a lead plaintiff to represent the interests of others. Interested parties may contact Phillip Kim at the Rosen Law Firm for further details on the filing.
