YY Group Rebrands as YYForce to Signal AI and Automation Pivot

Singapore-based workforce management provider YY Group is shedding its original identity to become YYForce Inc. The rebranding, effective September 2, 2026, marks the company's transition toward an AI-driven infrastructure platform, accompanied by a shift to the new Nasdaq ticker symbol YFOR to reflect its expanded global footprint in human-robot collaboration.

CEO Mike Fu stated that the original name no longer captured the company’s evolution from regional workforce solutions into an international platform for integrated facility management and intelligent automation. The new identity, paired with the tagline "Forging Forward Together," aligns with the firm’s strategy of embedding autonomous systems into traditional service sectors like hospitality and retail.

Investors will see the ticker change on the Nasdaq Capital Market at the start of business on September 2. The transition remains purely cosmetic regarding corporate structure, as existing shareholder rights, contracts, and ISIN numbers will remain unchanged. The firm intends to roll out its new branding across digital platforms and physical signage in the coming months, signaling a focus on scaling its human-robot co-working models and proprietary software platforms, such as 24IFM and YY Circle, to drive efficiency across its Asian and international markets.
