After three decades of shaping Invesco’s footprint in Asia, Senior Managing Director Andrew Lo will step down on March 31, 2027. Lo will transition into the role of Chairman Emeritus, Asia Pacific, following his retirement. He plans to maintain his involvement by representing Invesco on the boards of its China and India joint ventures, serving as a strategic advisor to the company's global leadership. During his tenure, Lo was instrumental in expanding the firm’s regional influence and establishing partnerships that remain central to its current portfolio.

Marty Franc, who brings over 30 years of industry experience to the position, has spent the last 13 years at Invesco. His background includes oversight of the firm’s institutional client strategy and operations across Australia, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. Andrew Schlossberg, President and CEO of Invesco, noted that Franc’s deep knowledge of the firm’s culture and regional business makes him the ideal choice to oversee the next phase of growth. The two executives will collaborate over the coming months to ensure continuity for stakeholders and clients.
