Greenway Greenhouse Reports Record Volume Amid Portfolio Transition

Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation moved a record 2.33 million grams of product during the first quarter of fiscal 2027, marking an 8% increase over previous highs. Despite this surge in volume, the company navigated a challenging product mix transition that impacted overall margins while maintaining positive cash flow.

Net revenue for the quarter reached $2.23 million, a 38% increase compared to the same period last year. Management attributed the lower average net sales price of $0.96 per gram to the intentional clearance of legacy cultivars, which had been previously written down. When excluding these discontinued products, the average net sales price rose to $1.30 per gram.

Efficiency gains remained a focal point for the Kingsville-based cultivator. The company successfully reduced its cash cost per gram sold by 30% to $0.69, a move CEO Jamie D'Alimonte credited to refined genetics and tighter production alignment with high-value markets. These operational improvements helped Greenway achieve a positive Adjusted EBITDA of $47,900 and generated $36,778 in cash from operating activities, a significant turnaround from the $865,538 cash outflow recorded in the comparative quarter of 2026.
