The Dallas-based aerospace company, which operates the drone solutions provider Drone Nerds, confirmed the notice arrived on August 26. This warning triggers a standard compliance timeline, requiring the company to submit a formal remediation plan by October 26. Should Nasdaq approve the proposal, the firm could be granted an extension until February 2027 to finalize its filings.
Management currently faces significant obstacles in hitting these regulatory benchmarks. Because the internal review of corporate governance matters remains unfinished, the company cannot yet project when it will deliver its Form 10-Q. While the Nasdaq listing remains active for now, the company has cautioned investors that there is no guarantee it will successfully navigate the recovery process or maintain its standing on the exchange.
