The contract focuses on the deployment of the company’s SPECTRO multi-spectral electro-optic systems. These units combine mid-wave infrared, visible, and short-wave infrared imaging channels to ensure functionality during both day and night operations, even in adverse weather. By incorporating AI-based analytics, the hardware allows for precise target tracking and long-range intelligence gathering in complex environments.

In addition to the SPECTRO line, the company will supply its AMPS NG systems. These units are designed for strategic missions requiring extreme long-range acquisition and highly accurate geo-location capabilities. Bezhalel Machlis, President and CEO of Elbit Systems, noted that these technologies are essential for modern armed forces looking to enhance situational awareness and mission effectiveness. The company, which maintains an order backlog of $32 billion as of mid-2026, continues to leverage its global research network to meet evolving battlefield requirements.
