Inturai Ventures Acquires AI Drone Swarm Platform DomeCommand

Vancouver-based Inturai Ventures has finalized its acquisition of DomeCommand, an artificial intelligence platform designed for autonomous drone swarm control. The deal, valued at up to C$6.025 million, grants the company full ownership of the technology and a perpetual license for the underlying Distri software architecture.

The transaction involves an immediate C$25,000 cash payment and the issuance of 10 million common shares, which are subject to a staggered two-year vesting schedule. An additional 20 million shares may be issued to the vendors contingent upon reaching specific revenue benchmarks or company stock price targets on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Specifically, the company will release 10 million shares if the platform hits C$1 million in cumulative revenue or if Inturai stock reaches C$0.40. A final tranche of 10 million shares is tied to achieving C$3 million in revenue or a stock price of C$0.60. All equity issued under the agreement faces a statutory four-month hold, with performance-based shares subject to an extra six-month voluntary resale restriction. This acquisition aligns with Inturai’s broader strategy of integrating AI-driven command-and-control capabilities into sectors ranging from military defense to industrial automation.
