FutureFeed and CyberIllumination Secure FedRAMP High Authorization

Baltimore-based compliance platforms FutureFeed and CyberIllumination have reached FedRAMP High Authorized (Class D) status, meeting the federal government's most stringent security requirements for unclassified systems. The designation ensures these tools can safely house sensitive supply chain data for the Defense Industrial Base without compromising confidentiality or integrity.

The authorizations follow rigorous third-party assessments of the security controls governing both platforms. By achieving this tier, the software now meets the same security benchmarks as the government’s most sensitive systems. FutureFeed, which supports NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance for over 1,400 clients, and the CyberIllumination visibility platform, which tracks supply chain compliance, underwent this process to ensure their infrastructure handles sensitive cybersecurity program information securely.

Mark Berman, CEO of FutureFeed, stated that the certification reflects the company's commitment to protecting the defense supply chain. Amy Williams, VP of CyberIllumination, noted that because compliance obligations flow through multiple tiers of the supply chain, the platform needed to operate under the highest possible security standard. The companies achieved this milestone with assistance from Project Hosts, a cloud service provider specializing in navigating the complexities of federal compliance and ATO processes.
