The authority facilitated the creation of 91 new jobs while supporting the growth of five local employers, including Troy Acoustics, Jered, and Brewer Technologies. These results were bolstered by a digital recruitment strategy that saw a 144% increase in traffic to the organization’s property listings. Beyond recruitment, GIDA engaged roughly 6,000 community members through its "Keep Glynn Running" workforce program to bridge the gap between local talent and regional industry needs.

Infrastructure improvements remained a priority throughout the year, marked by advancements at the Mallard Industrial Park and the construction of a new entrance for the Georgia Breakbulk Logistics Park. Ryan Moore, President and CEO, noted that the authority’s focus remains on balancing support for existing businesses with the preparation of sites for prospective industrial tenants. This collaborative approach, which included partnerships with major regional employers like Gulfstream and King and Prince Seafood, allowed the agency to exceed its targets for consultant-driven business development.
