The addition of the Florida firm brings specialized technical capabilities in asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, mold remediation, and concrete cutting to the EIS portfolio. Founded in 2005, Environmental Construction, LLC has established a track record serving government and industrial clients throughout Florida and Georgia. For EIS, this consolidation allows for a more streamlined delivery of multi-disciplinary services, where demolition and remediation tasks often overlap under complex regulatory requirements.
B.J. Stephan, President and CEO of EIS, noted that the acquisition centers on the local leadership team—Michael Graisbery, Cameron Graisbery, and Logio Pizano—whose reputation for meeting rigid project schedules was a primary driver for the deal. By absorbing these regional operations, EIS aims to provide its national client base with deeper localized resources. EIS currently maintains a presence in 39 states through 35 offices, employing a workforce of more than 1,000 staff members dedicated to mission-critical infrastructure and environmental compliance.
