By integrating these metrics, Culture Amp provides leaders with an intelligence layer designed to foster high-performance cultures and streamline communication between managers and staff.

CEO Caroline Rawlinson noted that the recognition validates the company’s focus on helping HR leaders connect employee experience directly to business resilience. Constellation Research CEO R.
