The declared dividends cover a broad spectrum of the company's offerings, including the Invesco Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI) at $0.0559 and the Invesco High Income Trust II (VLT) at $0.0895 per share. Other notable distributions include the Invesco Municipal Opportunity Trust (VMO) at $0.0625 and the Invesco Value Municipal Income Trust (IIM) at $0.0771. Investors should note that for several of these funds, a portion of the distribution is estimated to originate from a return of principal rather than net investment income.

In compliance with Section 19 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, the firm will issue notices to shareholders of record identifying the specific sources of these payments where applicable. These disclosures are intended for informational purposes and are accessible via the official Invesco website. While these distributions provide immediate yield, the firm cautions that past performance does not guarantee future payment amounts, and investments in closed-end funds carry inherent market risks, including the potential loss of principal.
