Operating as a standalone entity provides MatrixCare the flexibility to reinvest directly into its core technology. The company serves over 15,000 providers across skilled nursing, senior living, and hospice sectors. Lujan stated that the move allows the firm to build upon its four-decade history while delivering faster, more focused solutions to its clients. This strategic shift is designed to strengthen the company’s position as a provider of EHR and RCM tools in the out-of-hospital care market.
