Esposito joins the executive team following a tenure at WSP USA, where he managed finance operations for an $8 billion business. During his time there, he oversaw a threefold increase in both revenue and headcount, while playing a lead role in $5 billion worth of transactions. CEO Darren Riegler cited Esposito’s balance of financial discipline and people-centered leadership as the primary driver for the hire.
BKF is currently navigating a period of rapid development, marked by the recent merger with MNS and the acquisition of Lotus Water. Esposito intends to leverage his experience in large-scale organizational growth to refine the firm's financial strategy. His focus will remain on balancing the company’s 110-year heritage with the demands of its current infrastructure projects across 20 offices.
