Investors Eye Lead Role in GoDaddy Securities Class Action

Investors who incurred financial losses holding GoDaddy Inc. securities between September 3, 2025, and February 24, 2026, face an October 20, 2026, deadline to apply as lead plaintiffs in a pending class action lawsuit filed by the Los Angeles-based law firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP.

The complaint alleges that GoDaddy executives misled shareholders by concealing flaws in the company’s business strategy. According to the filing, management failed to disclose that a shift toward high-intent customers was underperforming and that aggressive promotional discounting on one-year dotcom contracts was artificially depressing total bookings growth throughout late 2025.

Legal representatives at Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter are currently soliciting participants for the litigation, noting that no class has yet been certified. Shareholders who purchased stock during the specified period maintain the right to seek independent counsel or remain absent class members. Interested parties have until October 20 to petition the court for a lead role in the proceedings.
