CEO Nikesh Arora attributed the performance to the integration of AI, which has pushed cybersecurity to the forefront of CIO priorities. The company added nearly $1 billion in Net New Next-Generation Security (NGS) Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) during the quarter, bringing the total NGS ARR to $9.10 billion, a 63% jump from the previous year. While the firm reported a GAAP net loss of $282 million for the quarter, largely due to accounting adjustments and acquisition costs, its non-GAAP net income reached $853 million.

Strategic expansion remains a core focus, underscored by the acquisition of Console, an AI-native platform designed to facilitate agentic workflows. Looking ahead to fiscal 2027, management projects total revenue between $14.1 billion and $14.2 billion, representing anticipated growth of up to 24%. CFO Dipak Golechha noted that the company’s profitable growth framework is scaling effectively, providing a pathway to a 40% adjusted free cash flow margin by fiscal 2028.
