Before his tenure at Morrison & Foerster, where he led the global arbitration practice and the Africa desk, Shah held a partnership at Kirkland & Ellis and practiced extensively in Kenya.

Shah’s portfolio includes advising on matters in Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, the UAE, and Kuwait, alongside specialized work regarding sanctions-related litigation.
