The ZERO server introduces the Farming Crystal system, allowing players to earn currency directly through gameplay. Netmarble has also adjusted the game balance to feature significantly higher experience gains and increased equipment drop rates. Those who register early will receive a [ZERO] Special Starter Package, containing a variety of Heroic-tier summon scrolls, equipment chests, and 5 million Gold.

To support player retention, the launch will be accompanied by events offering up to 550 Summon Scrolls and guaranteed Legendary-tier rewards. Progressing through level milestones will unlock additional high-grade equipment and skill books. Current players on existing servers are not being left behind, as Netmarble has confirmed a separate event package for them, including 330 Summon Scrolls and Legendary items, to coincide with the new server's debut.
