The EXOLASE ONE system represents a significant shift in aesthetic medicine by combining multiple erbium laser wavelengths into a single beam. This approach targets specific skin areas with one simultaneous emission, addressing long-standing trade-offs between clinical efficacy, treatment speed, and patient comfort. According to clinical investigator Dr. Reha Yavuzer, the technology performs tasks that previously required a combination of ablative and non-ablative systems, allowing for full-face treatments in under 10 minutes.

BTL CEO Tomas Schwarz described the development as a foundational moment for the company, noting that the platform was refined through feedback from global clinical centers. Following an early-access phase, the system will see a wider release in 2027. This new laser division joins BTL’s existing portfolio, which already spans cardiology, rehabilitation, robotics, and mental wellness. The company, founded in 1993, currently employs over 5,000 people across more than 90 countries.
